The show starts with a family mourning their loss of their daughter, Tooba, who was murdered by her in-laws including her husband Mazhar, her mother-in-law Ishrat, and her sister-in-law Mehwish. Mazhar and his family are part of the dowry business, so after Tooba's death, they find Komal.
Komal’s dreams of a happy marriage are quickly turning into a nightmare as Ishrat and Mehwish tighten their manipulative grip, leaving her increasingly isolated and vulnerable. As Mazhar remains oblivious, or perhaps willfully ignorant, to the escalating cruelty, the shadows of Tooba's tragic fate loom larger over the household. Will Komal find the strength to resist, or is she destined to become another victim in this chilling game of greed and deceit?
